Decaffeinating coffee is as much of an art as wood roasting.
When we do it, we use exclusively natural treatments that extract
the caffeine using only water, steam and activated carbon, thus
avoiding the use of chemical additives.
In this way, all the characteristics of our coffee
remain the same as always: a mix of intense aromas
and flavours, well balanced, able to satisfy even the most
experienced and passionate coffee-lovers.
